Ask the form, not the person who sent it.
Form Guide is an assistant inside your form. When someone gets stuck on “what do I put here?”, they ask in their own words and get an answer grounded in the FAQs and context you gave it, without leaving the form.

Before
An agency or a CA firm sends a client an onboarding form. Halfway through, the client hits “GSTIN”, “Entity type” or “Bank details for refunds”, takes a screenshot and asks on WhatsApp what to put. The form waits; so do you.

What is Fill with AI?
A button on every form that lets the respondent's own assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another) draft their answers. The answers come back as a link that fills the form; the person reviews each one and submits it themselves. It's on by default on every plan, you can turn it off per form, and it never appears in quizzes.
What is Form Guide?
An assistant inside the form that answers “what do I put here?” questions from the FAQs and context you give it, so people don't have to message you to finish. You see which questions people asked about.
Are respondents' answers sent to AI?
Answers typed into form fields are never sent to AI. If a respondent chooses to ask the form's assistant a question, the message they type there is sent to our AI provider to answer it. Fill with AI runs in the respondent's own assistant, not through our AI provider.
How is this different from Google Forms?
One question at a time instead of a long scrolling page, in your own colours and fonts, with help for respondents built in, branching logic, payments, quizzes with live leaderboards, QR codes, webhooks and AI drafting.
What does Create with AI do?
Describe a form in plain words, or paste a brief, and you get a complete draft: as many questions as the request needs, with logic, a welcome and thank-you screen and a theme. With a brand kit it uses your colours, fonts and tone. Nothing publishes until you review it.
Can I collect payments in a form?
Yes, on Starter and above. Connect your own Razorpay account and add a payment step; respondents pay by UPI, card or netbanking without leaving the form. The money goes straight to your Razorpay account.
What does the free plan include?
2 live forms, 250 responses a month, every question type, logic, quizzes, QR codes, embeds, CSV export and 10 AI credits a month. No card needed.
How does billing work?
Monthly or yearly, in rupees, through Razorpay: UPI, cards or netbanking. Cancel anytime; your forms and responses stay.
