Grievances and data requests
Use this page to complain about our service, to exercise your rights over your personal data, or to report a form that misuses our service. Requests are handled by our Grievance Officer, appointed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt. You can also submit a grievance, a data-rights request or an abuse report through our online form, which gives you a reference number.
What you can ask for
- Access: a summary of the personal data we process about you and who we shared it with. Account holders can also download it instantly from Account settings.
- Correction and erasure: correct, complete or update your data, or erase data we no longer need.
- Nomination: if you are a nominee of someone who has died or cannot act, tell us and we will ask for proof.
- Withdraw consent: for example, stop product update emails. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.
- Complaints: anything about how we handle your data or run the service.
If you answered a form
The person or organisation that published the form decides why and how your answers are used — they are responsible for them. Please contact them first; their details appear at the bottom of the form. If you can't reach them, or the form looks abusive, tell us here and we'll help or pass your request on. To report a specific form, use the report page.
How we handle your request
- You get an acknowledgement email with a reference number straight away, and in any case within 24 hours.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so we never disclose or delete someone else's data.
- We resolve requests within 15 days. If the law requires us to keep some data (for example invoices), we'll tell you why.
- If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint process is operational (expected from 13 May 2027), or to the appropriate consumer forum.
