FAQ
Billing questions
Cancel anytime from Billing; your forms and responses stay.
Refund and cancellation policyDo prices include GST?
Yes. Prices include 18% GST: the price you see is the amount you pay, for plans and for AI credit packs alike.
Can my team share a workspace?
Yes, on every plan. Invite up to 25 teammates as owners, admins, editors or viewers. Owners and admins manage members; viewers can read forms and responses without editing anything.
How do I cancel, and do you give refunds?
Cancel any time from Billing in the app. You won't be charged again and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to Free with every form and response kept. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires it, and billing errors such as a double charge are refunded in full. Our refund and cancellation policy has the details.
How do AI credits work?
A form draft costs 1 credit and a brand extraction costs 2. Each plan adds its monthly credits to your workspace balance at the start of every month. Need more? Credit packs start at ₹49, add to the same balance and never expire.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Usage meters in the app warn you as you approach a limit. At the monthly response limit, new responses pause until the next month or until you upgrade; you're never charged automatically for going over. The live-form limit only affects publishing new forms: forms already live keep running.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, through Razorpay. Yearly plans are charged once a year. Plans and credit packs are bought on the website, not in the Android app.
Do you take a cut of payments collected in my forms?
Payments in your forms go through your own Razorpay account and settle there; SOYL never holds the money. Razorpay's own transaction fees apply on your Razorpay account.
Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?
