Which plans include payments?
Starter and Pro. On Free you can build a form with a payment step, but it publishes only on a paid plan.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Razorpay account. You connect your key ID and secret once per workspace; Razorpay settles to you under your agreement with them, and SOYL never holds the funds or adds anything to the amount.
Can the amount depend on the answers?
Yes. Instead of a fixed price, a payment step can charge an earlier number, slider, rating or scale answer, including a calculated number such as seats × price. The server recalculates it before creating the order.
Can I test payments before going live?
Yes. Connect Razorpay test keys first; the Payments card shows Test or Live so you always know which keys a form is using. Swap in live keys when you’re ready.
What if a payment fails?
The respondent stays on the payment step and can try again. A required payment step can’t be skipped, and a response is only saved as paid after the payment is verified with Razorpay.
